Introducing our Moomins Litter...

Tuhka and Fennec’s beautiful Moomins litter arrived safely on the 13th of June 2026, with Tuhka welcoming six gorgeous puppies into the world with ease.

​

From the moment her puppies arrived, Tuhka has embraced motherhood with remarkable grace and confidence. She is proving to be a devoted and attentive mother, caring for her babies with the gentle, thoughtful nature we have always adored in her.

​

This special litter has been given a Moomins theme by Tuhka's wonderful owners. The Moomins are beloved characters created by Finnish author and artist Tove Jansson and are deeply woven into Finnish culture. Known for their themes of family, friendship, adventure and appreciation of nature, the Moomins have been treasured by generations of Finns and are recognised around the world as one of Finland's most cherished cultural icons.

Tuhka is a gentle, thoughtful girl with a calm and sweet personality. She carries herself with quiet confidence and has a lovely soft nature that makes her such an easy dog to live with. Fennec complements her beautifully with his outgoing, happy temperament and striking presence. He is confident, engaging and full of personality, while still maintaining the kind, people focused nature we value so highly in the breed.

As always, puppies raised at Orical will be brought up under our Super Puppy Program, with structured enrichment, early neurological stimulation, positive socialisation and carefully planned experiences to help shape resilient, confident puppies ready for family life.
