Each year 'Dogs Australia' releases its National Breed Registration Statistics, which show data on the number of puppies registered with the Australian state canine bodies, per breed, for the previous year. The 2023 statistics have just beeb published, showing 212 Finnish Lapphunds were born and registered in Australia last year.
In the 6 years of data provided below, the breed in Australia has steadily remained at 184 to 258 puppies registered each year.
We are proud to have contributed 66 Orical puppies to the Australian Lappie community in 2023.
